Each pillow case design comes in several different sizes, which conveniently fit Ikea’s standard pillow inserts, or you can purchase the pillow & case from them direct for around 30 – 70 euro. And as a side note, I’m pretty sure their coffee bean/burlap cover was out long before the same style popped up in Pottery Barn.
